The service

Past Life Contracts is a Vedic-focused relationship reading app that lets users create profiles, select two people, and generate written and narrated contract-style readings.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining access to your device or credentials used with the app.

Purchases

Paid readings or entitlements are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on platform availability. Store billing terms, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the platform you use to make the purchase.

If purchased content is delayed or not delivered, contact support and we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the issue.

Content and interpretation

The app provides interpretive and generative content intended for reflection, storytelling, and personal interest. It is not medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for professional services.

If generated content appears inaccurate, harmful, or inappropriate, use the in-app report option or contact support so we can review it.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access restricted systems.
• Do not upload information you do not have the right to use.
• Do not use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Past Life Contracts app, its name, its interface, its prompt architecture, and the original written and narrated content produced by it are the intellectual property of Forbidden Yoga / SwiftBuy Solutions LLC, or are used under license.

You retain ownership of the birth details and personal information you provide. By using the app you grant us a limited license to process that information solely to deliver the reading service to you.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Generated readings are interpretive and may contain errors, omissions, or outputs that are unexpected.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forbidden Yoga, SwiftBuy Solutions LLC, and our service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app or any generated content.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) twenty US dollars.

Subscription cancellations & refunds

Subscription billing is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. To cancel a subscription, use the subscription management settings in the respective store. Refund requests are subject to Apple's and Google's refund policies.

If you believe a reading was not delivered or the service was significantly disrupted, contact support and we will review the situation in good faith.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for conduct that violates these terms, applicable law, or threatens the integrity of the service. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from in-app settings or by contacting support.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users inside the app.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The service is operated by SwiftBuy Solutions LLC, Dubai, UAE.

Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
