Depending on how you use the app, we may collect:
Some data may be stored locally on your device, and some may be processed by our backend infrastructure and service providers to generate readings, narration, or purchase access. We do not sell your personal data.
We limit access to personal information to the people and systems needed to operate the app and support users.
You can delete your account and associated app data inside the app from Settings, or contact us to request help with access, correction, or deletion.
If you cannot access the app, use the public account deletion page or email us and include the email address used with the app.
You can ask for a film of a finished reading. For that you upload one photograph of each of the two people in the reading. We use the photographs only to draw the two people as comic-style characters in that film; the film may show a person as another gender when the story places them in another body. The photographs are sent to our image provider for that purpose and are deleted from our systems once the film is finished or has failed, and in any case within 24 hours if the order is not completed.
Before you upload, you confirm that both people are adults, that you have the right to use the photographs, and that the other person has agreed to appear in the film. If you choose the free version, you also confirm that both of you agree to its public publication on our YouTube channel, where anyone can watch it. Deleting the film in the app removes it from our systems and from YouTube; copies that others made in the meantime cannot be recalled. The private version is visible only in your account.
The pictures and voices in a film are generated by AI. The story is fiction inspired by the reading, not a statement of fact about either person.
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate permission.
Account and reading data is retained while your account is active. If you request account deletion, we remove your account record, associated birth details, generated readings, uploaded film photographs and films from our active backend systems within 30 days of the request, and we remove any film you published on YouTube.
Basic operational logs (error and access logs) are retained for up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting, then automatically rotated.
Purchase receipts and billing records may be retained longer where required by tax, accounting, or audit obligations.
We use a small number of vetted service providers to operate the app. They process data only on our behalf, under written agreements:
