Delete Account

You can delete your Past Life Contracts account from inside the app, or contact support if you cannot access the app.

Delete inside the app

  1. Open Past Life Contracts.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Choose Delete Account & Data.
  4. Confirm deletion.

This deletes your app account, saved people, generated readings, and generated narration records from active backend systems.

If you cannot access the app, email support from the address used with your account and use the subject "Past Life Contracts Data Deletion Request".

What is deleted

  • Your app authentication account.
  • Birth details saved in the app.
  • Generated reading jobs linked to your account.
  • Generated narration files linked to your account.

What may be retained

Store purchase records may remain with Apple, Google, or RevenueCat where required for billing, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

Basic operational logs may be retained for up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting, then rotated.
